I recently visited St Ives and went into the store, the window display, very alluring. The lady in the shop (apologies didn’t know your name) was a delight, so friendly and helpful. It was a rainy day and I was too lazy to try anything on, but left the store loving everything about it. So much so, I immediately went on line to make a purchase, which I love. I will definitely be buying more products, the quality and customer service has been faultless. What a brilliant business xx

Finding Birdie and Bert is so exciting, I absolutely love this company! My towelling dress is so beautiful and stylish, I’ve been looking for something like this for years and now finally have it. As soon as more stock comes in I’ll be ordering again. My parcel arrived in a cool hand written envelope with a lovely little personalised note inside which was a happy little touch.
