References to “you”, and “your” shall be deemed to be references to any person placing an order via this website.
Offer terms and conditions
Promotion codes: Discount codes and promotions cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. During sale periods our products are already discounted so your promotion or discount code will not be valid when purchasing sale items. The offer is subject to availability of full priced items only. Free delivery is only available on standard UK delivery.
Emails: Offer emails are only valid when you click through via Bridie & Bert emails and purchase goods from the Bridie & Bert website. Only one offer per customer. The order must be placed by the date noted in the email. The offer is subject to availability on full priced items only and cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or discount.
Your right to cancel
Under the United Kingdom’s legislation “The Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013” you have the right to cancel your order for any item purchased from bridieandbert.com within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges with the exception of upgraded delivery which will be refunded at the standard rate offered. You must contact us within 14 days of receipt of goods by email, phone or in writing stating that you are cancelling your purchase based on this legislation and will then need to return the item(s) within 14 days of this notification. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
We may reduce your refund up to the full price paid for the goods (excluding delivery costs) to reflect any reduction in the value of the goods, if this has been caused by your handling them in a way which is deemed more than is necessary to establish suitability and would not be permitted in a shop.

Prices

If an error is found, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price, or cancelling your order. If we do not receive an order confirmation within 14 days of informing you of the error, the order will be cancelled automatically. If you cancel, we will refund or re-credit you for any sum that has been paid by you or debited from your credit/debit card for the goods.
Prices are quoted in pounds sterling and are inclusive of UK sales tax (VAT) unless exempt, at the current rate. If your order is being despatched to a destination outside the UK then your sales tax will be zero. For destinations outside the UK, you will be responsible for the payment of any customs or import duties and local taxes levied once the package reaches your destination country.
We reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time.
Stock Availability
We strive to ensure that stock levels shown on the website are accurate. However, some items may sell faster than we expect. Bridie & Bert Ltd accepts no liability arising from our inability to supply goods due to lack of stock other than returning any payments made to you.
Payment
You will be redirected to a secure payment page (SSL enabled) at the time of payment and then back to Bridie & Bert checkout once complete. All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
