Returns & Exchanges

We hope that you will be delighted with your Bridie & Bert purchase, but if for any reason you would like to return or exchange an item, please contact us at sales@bridieandbert.com and we will happily send you a returns form.

Returns must be sent back to us within 21 days of receipt of your order.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unwashed, unworn, undamaged and in their original packaging, with swing tags still attached.

If goods are not returned in their original condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.

After inspection, if your goods are found to be in sales condition, you will be refunded with the same method of payment used to purchase.

We can only exchange an item if it is the same product in a different size or colour.  For additional items, a new order will need to be placed.

Return postage costs and insurance are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend that you use a Tracked service when arranging your return as Bridie & Bert Ltd are not responsible for missing items.

If you are returning goods from outside the UK, please clearly label the package as “British Return Goods” with a domestic value of £0.00
